Sony Pulls Titles From PSN Via Tweet

Earlier this week Sony announced the RPG favorite Chrono Trigger to be available on the PSN Network this Tuesday September 20. Unfortunately, Sony just released this announcement via their @Playstation twitter account.

Replies to the tweet ranged from, “gg guys you’re really rebounding from that time you lost everyone’s info” and “did somebody hack your twitter account to announce it?”.  Obviously fans were not pleased with the announcement, and no further word yet from either Square Enix or Sony.  I guess we will have to wait to see if we can get our nostalgic hands on this classic title via the PSN. Stop teasing us Sony.

Gears of War 3 Midnight Release Success!

The Gears of War 3 Release was a great success! Thank you to everyone at Gamestop in Orange for being such great hosts! Also, thank you to the fans for all the energy and the interviews! Gears of War 3 Release

Hey Everyone!

In case you were living under a rock, Gears of War 3 will be coming to store shelves this Tuesday, September 20.  EL337 will be at the midnight release for all the fun, and will be giving away a free copy of the game by raffle for those in attendance. If your looking to participate in the fun we will be at the GameStop in Orange on Tustin and Katella. We will be posting a video of the event a little bit later in the week! So show up by 11pm for the raffle, and remember that you can’t win if your not a loyal fan and subscriber to EL337. Youtube/Twitter/Facebook info is at the bottom of the page! Chrono Trigger on the PSN

Great news from Sony, as word was just released that later this week, probably one of the most famous, influential, and beloved RPG’s in history will be available on the PSN.  In case you didn’t catch the games Super Nintendo release in 1995, or the 1999 Play Station port of the game (which added amazing animated cutscenes), or the 2008 Nintendo DS port, or the WII Virtual console release of the game earlier this year, don’t worry, Sony will be giving you yet another chance to partake in this epic time traveling saga.
